Question / Help Obs crash (Need help please i am a livestreamer and really need fix!)

Hello, i have been using OBS for 1-2 years now and this is the first time this happens when i open obs studio once it freezes my pc 2 sec then doesn't open when i close obs with task manager and then open it again it freezes my pc for ever then i need to do restart :/ so this is the error:

Unable to create D3D11 device

Here is the log of the 1 time startup when a few sec freeze and second with perm freeze

I really hope this time somebody gives me a fix because its my 5th posts in 5 days :/ i repost because nobody helps or tell me to do something and then leave me hanging xD
