Question / Help OBS Crash(Downgrade to win10 1607 version no crash)

i play [Alliance of Valiant Arms] (not use steam play)
win10 creators update to 1703 version , obs crash
I can rule out the MSI Afterburner problem , because it no problem before updating 1703 version
turn on / off game mode , obs still crash

when i Downgrade to win10 1607 version , i play 30 minutes(3 map)
obs no crash anymore...
