Hey Guys. This has been bugging me for a while.
When i started using OBS, I changed the settings to what people recommended and my CPU dropped to about 4-8% and recorded at about 30%. About 2 months later, I started using a new webcam (no software added) and all of a sudden my CPU sits at around 24% even when i'm not playing anything. Like Black screen.
My settings haven't changed, so it can't be them. And my laptop is 8 years old but it was working great in spite ff that, just 2 months ago so it can't be that. I unplugged the webcam and Nothing changed.
Can anyone advise me on what i could do? Thank you in advance for the help.
