Hello I am in desperate need of help. I am using OBS 20.1.3 and I am not dropping frames at all. At idle I am using around 8% of my CPU when I start streaming it spikes to about 35% then goes to the 60s right away, and sometimes goes all the way up to the 70s. I have not had this problem before. Like I said it says that I am not dropping frames, but people in my stream are telling me that it is lagging constantly. Twitch says that my bitrate is excellent so what could be the problem.
