Hello, I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 4.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 2070 graphics card, which is great, and when I stream, it shows 23% CPU in Obs, and previously, before reinstalling Windows, I had 3.4%, I must have set it wrong now, is there a chance you could send me the streaming settings at 60? cages?

Tools -> Auto Config Wizard. Once it is done, DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS. Close and restart OBS. If still having issues, then

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
