Question / Help OBS consuming GPU ???

Why is OBS Studio comsuming GPU when I open the program? The settings are based on X264 so No GPU should be use or am I missing something

Scene composition happens on the GPU because it's resource-cheap to do it on the GPU.

Thanks for the Reply! now I understand. perhaps that is why it reduces the in-game frames when obs opens.
