Question / Help OBS constantly red barring ( since monday afternoon )

Now since monday afternoon around 3pm, i was in the middle of a stream. All of the sudden OBS starts red barring, my bitrate on the bottom right corner of OBS keeps fluctuating... I have read through the pinned post about connectivity. A comcast technician was just here an hour ago to replace the modem ( due to the problem ), now lines are being replaced across from my house. I tried suggestions from other posts with bitrate. I do stream with 5000 kb/s bitrate. I have provided the log post from OBS.

I have also used the twitch bandwidth tester as well.

I have not made any changes to hardware, or software within my PC within the last 6 months. ( except for OBS updates )

I also tried using Xsplit and it's doing the same thing as well, dropping frames. Also tried streaming from OBS to youtube and still, same thing, bitrate all over the place

This is always a difficult one. Even though you can connect to Twitch the quality of the connection is poor hence the zeros in the Quality column. Trying to explain this to your ISP will be hard work unless you get to speak to someone who actually knows about networks.

I'm not sure how Rich calculates the quality in the tool but poor quality in my mind is things like inconsistent round trip times, more packets being dropped than is manageable.

Also double check all the connections inside your house and I'll assume you are wired and not wireless
