OBS constantly crushes with delay

Hi there! im experiencing crushes every time im streaming with delay. Im casting competitive games so 30 min delay is a common thing.
Ive tried different settings, but stream constantly crushing after 1 hour or more. Please help!!

I saw your post yesterday, and skipped over it because I thought you were talking about something esoteric in a game as some people do, or maybe "bit crush" like the name of an intentional audio distortion effect but without enough information to say for sure.

I can't help a crash either, but some people who can, might have passed you by for the same or similar reason.
