obs constantly crashing after closing and sometimes during use. please help!

need some help understanding why my obs is crashing, and if you can figure it out please explain it like im a 5 year old. here is the crash log. and also this is a fresh obs with some plugins but minimal sources and scenes.

The vertical canvas plugin is causing the crash. You have to update it or remove it
Make sure the plugin version is compatible with the OBS version you're using. You have to ask the plugins' developer about it if it's not clear on the version description.

Most crashes are caused by third party plugins, scripts or random apps.
