So i use OBS and Xsplit, usually just use OBS to record while i stream with Xsplit, however Xsplit has been giving me Frame rate issues capturing games that OBS has not been, so ive been using OBS to stream.
Recently went to go play Destiny on my Ps4. I use an Aver Media Live Gamer Portable as my capture card. Captures fine in Xsplit, sound and all, but in OBS there is no sound. I've dont the obvious trouble shooting.
If i go to the options of the video input and change the Audio Output Mode to Desktop, (direct sound or Wave out) I'm still not getting audio, but im also not getting any video either.
Now, if i choose use Custom Audio device and choose my headset, I will get video with either option, but i get my Desktop audio and not the game audio.
I have updated all drivers for Aver Media and OBS, I've fiddled around with all possible codec's Aver Media's software can put out, along with bit rates. No Luck. Any thoughts?
