Question / Help OBS consistently Crashing on startup

About 5 seconds after starting it it crashes. I had this issue in the past and I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall my webcam driver. I've done that and it continues crashing. I've completely removed the webcam device from my PC and it persists. I've reinstalled OBS twice with no change. Whenever it crashes it stays open in the background as well, so to completely close it I have to reboot my PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So how do I fix that? I tried updating it and it still happens. Although I guess at this point should I just post on their forums?
