OBS consistently crashing after about 1 hour

OBS studio crashes for me consistently around the 54 minutes. Thought it might be due to other apps like Ableton, but I tried recording with only OBS for a while and I still got a crash after about an hour. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Crash file always has the fault address within obs.dll with unhandled exception 80000003
Thought it might be RAM, but I usually hover around 60-70% memory usage while streaming.

PC: Asus m15 ROG gaming laptop, 16gb Ram, Nvidia 1660ti, Intel® Core™ i7-10750H

Other stream info:
- Using streamlabs alerts (not SLOBS)
- Running OBS studio as administrator
- Using ASIO input plugin
- Disabled Game DVR
- updated latest nvidia driver

Thanks a lot for these suggestions. I went through and did them all except for 5 (couldn't seem to disable mic audio initialization?). I'm still getting some crashes after about an hour though :/

I am having the same Problem since update to version 26. Within the one hour mark the computer shuts off and reboots by itself whether streaming or recording and only with OBS.
