OBS connect to Youtube got: rtmp failed: -4

Hi, I need help to connect OBS to Youtube, I believe root cause is below found in the log:
[rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Connection to rtmp://b.rtmp.youtube.com/live2?backup=1 failed: -4

Mac OS: 10.15.6
OBS: 25.0.7(mac)
