I've been streaming for the past 3 days. All streams at 3000-4000 (i change it a lot) bitrate, 720 at either 30 or 60fps (depends how i feel). But tonight, OBS is unable to go above 500 kbps and sometimes stays at a solid 0. I was streaming Skyrim perfectly fine this morning with a 3500 bitrate but now, when i start streaming, it's completely unstable and drops frames constantly from the get go.
