Question / Help OBS completed recordings stutter a lot.

Hi and thank you in advance if you can help me with this little user problem (highly doubt its obs)
Pretty straight forward, after I complete my recording, I watch it and it wont stop stuttering like crazy.
Is there any way to rectify this, thank you again.

Big difference, Thank you again Harold. there was a little stuttering in the begging but that could be normal due to me playing a mmo.
