OBS closing immediately after startup

So this is happening and no crash file is being created, i have removed any plugins and run the analyser, windows is up to date gpu drivers up to date, hardware acceleration disabled as is windows dvr, any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh i also created an exception through Mcaffee and windows firewall
