So I've posted in the Discord as well asking for help, but they weren't able to solve it so I'm posting in here as well. Here is the initial message I sent in the server:
I need help with an OBS issue. Every time I load up the application, it closes without a crash or error notification. There is no crash log either. I reinstalled, restarted my computer, updated my graphics driver, and allowed OBS through the firewall and it's still having the same issue. I checked online and saw that some people had this issue because they had a streamlabs plugin installed, but I've never installed it before. And help or advice would be appreciated.
I disabled HAGS on their recommendation, but that caused OBS to run in the background without bringing the app onto my monitor. They also recommended that I install OBS again without deinstalling it. That unfortunately did not work either. I haven't found anything else online that applies to my situation, so I'm hoping someone here knows what's going on.
