OBS closes when adding a Video Capture Device source

To begin with, I had problems with my entire computer crashing and I figured out it was happening only when I opened OBS while my main camera was activated - when I was recording without the main camera being activated, my pc ran smooth.
Now I tried completely reinstalling OBS and are trying to fix every little scene and source to make it work, but the moment I attempt to add "Video Capture Device" as a source, OBS decides to just close. When I open OBS again, it shows the source have been added BUT if I then attempt to edit the source Properties, then OBS closes again.

As you can see in the picture, I am not getting any crash-reports, so I really do not know what is happening.
I have uploaded the latest Log-File in hopes that will show anything.

The only other things I have added to my OBS is connect to Twitch Account, change settings in Output for Streaming and Recording, add scenes and browser sources for "starting", "ending", "Be Right Back" and "Just Chatting".
I wanted to wait adding the main camera, to see if OBS was gonna give problems at that moment, but even adding my CatCam was the first moment it randomly closed on me, because I was trying to add "Video Capture Device", which then also means I cannot even add my Capture Card since it's using that type of source too.

I'm running I9-14900k and RTX 4080Super
Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Disconnected all Video Capture Devices from the computer, included my integrated CaptureCard
Now I can add "Video Capture Device"-Sources, however, I am back to square 1...
My OBS is Crashing after a little while, when activating my Main Camera = Logitech StreamCam Camera

I do have Logitech G Hub installed.
I am still not getting an Crash-Reports from OBS.
And I have absolutely no clue what is causing the problem at and how to fix it.
