I have spent hours debugging why in OBS Studio my Elgato HD60 will not operate properly.
It Will turn on and show the gameplay, however its always in 640x480 even though the input is clearly 1080p
If I try to go and change any settings at all to do with the elgato, it will immediatly crash OBS.

I would like access to the newer features of OBS Studio but cant get it working properly and I'm at a loss
I am running Windows 7 but i dont see how that really plays much of a role.

- reinstalling OBS
- reinstalling Elgato Capture Software
- reinstalling Elgato Drivers
- updating Drivers across the board
- etc..
