Bug Report OBS Classic/Studio not working on Windows 10

Neither program has been working since I've upgraded from Win 7 Ult to Win 10 Pro from last night. Both programs give me a black screen for game capture, browser source doesn't display my twitch alerts even though it worked perfectly fine on Win 7 last night.

Also both "Upload current/last log file" gave me the error of: "Could not resolve host: api.github.com" So I decided to upload the current log because that's the only option its letting me.

I upgraded from Win7 PRO to Win 10 PRO and OBS classic / Studio works fine.

Your log says:
16:46:43.728: Required module function 'obs_module_load' in module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/libcef.dll' not found, loading of module failed
16:46:43.728: ---------------------------------
16:46:43.729: Required module function 'obs_module_load' in module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/libEGL.dll' not found, loading of module failed
16:46:43.729: ---------------------------------
16:46:43.729: Required module function 'obs_module_load' in module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/libGLESv2.dll' not found, loading of module failed
...
...
16:46:43.730: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'obs-browser.dll'

Maybe you should try to uninstall OBS and do a clean reinstall.

Okay so I tried to do a clean reinstall for OBS both the classic and studio version and neither versions worked. Also tried the .zip file for obs classic 32 and 64 bit (running 64 bit computer) and both gave the same error. Starting to get really annoyed now.

From this thread
https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/not-downloading-dll-file.7735/

"I'd say uninstall, delete the contents of your C:\Program Files\OBS folder, C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS folder, and %appdata%\OBS, then reinstall." thats OBS Classic path.
.....

"Uninstall, (delete...) reboot, and reinstall."

OBS Studio path: C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio...

Try to clean all OBS info manually before reinstalling. Or try Revo Uninstaller to clean all program info.
Then reinstall.

I hope this helps.
