OBS Chrashing whole computer

Hey guys I recently started streaming again and obs has been having issues. I'll start a stream it will run fine but from anywhere between 1-30 min the stream and my video player on twitch will crash, everything else runs fine. I'll hit stop steam on obs and it will indefinitely say "stopping stream..." if I close the window obs will stop responding. I'll then open task manager and close obs and every application will stop responding.
I'm running a 3080 ti, 12900k I used to stream with the same setup about a year ago and it ran perfectly, with no changes that I can think of.

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu), prefer to use hardware encoding and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change a thing.
Restart OBS (!important)
Test as is (no less than 30 seconds). If all goes well you're done.

If not, after performing the test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do, look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Seems like the recommended settings fixed it... interesting because the only thing i changed was using a faster preset! Thank you will check back if further issues!
