Okay so basically I have looked everywhere for an answer and I cant seem to find one. Whenever I open my game (minecraft) its fine lets say im running at 1 thousand fps but then I open OBS and it will start lagging but still be at 1000 fps, it just feels a bit choppy. I dont really know how to explain it but it just feels like its choppy when you look around.
