I was recording some video from my webcam on OBS and after a bit I got an encoding error saying I should change my video settings. I don't know what happened after that or how, but the color of the camera output changed to a red hue, and it stays like this in all and any application that accesses the webcam, even when OBS is not running and after a reboot (which is weird because I thought /dev/ devices are refreshed every reboot since they're nothing but symlinks). I tried changing the source settings of the webcam back to default, but that doesn't do anything. I'm trying to play around with the website settings from within OBS (saturation levels, hue, gamma, brightness etc) but I can't get it back to what it was like first, and nothing I try brings a natural color to it.
Can someone help with this matter?
