I found the following issue, when I have OBS running, that if you mouse over which show GUI elements on a site for example on twitch.tv or the chat moving from twitch.tv that there are flickering, black rectangles which are shown for a few milliseconds on the screen. This issue is just happening when OBS is running, no streaming or recording needed just start it. The issue goes away if you close OBS. And instantly comes back when you start OBS.
- flickering
- black rectangles randomly show, happens more often if you move mouse quickly over specific elements of a webpage, for example twitch.tv or the chat of twitch.tv quickly moves with lots of images / gifs playing, also the chat is jumping randomly for a few milliseconds
- short double ghost renderings for example in twitch.tv chat
You can see the issue here:
Windows 11 22h2
Nvidia driver 537.34, RTX4080
Display capture used in OBS with NVENC encoder
OBS Studio 64bit 29.1.3
Chrome 117 / Edge 116, doesnt happen in Firefox it seems
