OBS causing my game to become capped at 60 fps when open

Like the title says, whenever obs is up on my second monitor, my game (Escape From Tarkov) will drop to 60 fps and not go above that when I'm usually getting 110+. As soon as I minimise OBS the fps increases. I really want to stream but having a hard time with this issue.
I'm running off of a I7-9700F, RTX 2070 Super, 16GB RAM
