Hi everyone.
I have been using OBS for over a year now to stream all my favorite games and it was working flawlessly, everything worked as I wanted it too but just recently, whenever I open OBS to stream a game, my game drops in frames but quite the margin, and the output of the stream is at like 0.2 frames a second which is terrible. I have not changed a single setting on OBS for this problem to even occur so I have no idea what has now happened with OBS in order to cause this issue.
If someone could reply to this post with a fix then that would be awesome and I am happy to provide more details. I will list a few below! I do not want to lower my stream output settings as I want to keep it at 1920x1080 50, I could do 1920x1080 at 60 but not anymore.

i7 8th Gen 4.00Ghz processor, GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card
Game trying to stream:
Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Roblox
V Sync turned off on all games
It isn't down to internet speed as it drops frames before I even hit stream
