Hey. Me and a friend are both having the same issue with a sorta input lag in our game whilst we stream.
I'm running a R7 3700X with a RTX 2060 Super. Stream settings are on 720p60 output on 6000kbps streaming from x264. My in game FPS is completely fine but whilst I have OBS on my second montior is makes my game feel a little choppy and laggy.
Also, if I minimise OBS on my second monitor, my game feels completely fine, super smooth and no issue.
Let me know if anyone else is having this problem and if there are any fixes!
