Obs is causing every game I play to lag as if it's going to crash every 2-10 seconds whenever I record or try to stream.

I've lost all patience for troubble shooting. A $3k computer shouldn't be struggling with this.

And yes before you direct me to the guide the anylizer directs me to, I followed it. I'm still having problems. Telling me if I did something wrong and exactly how I did it wrong and how to fix it will be more helpful than directing me to the guide I already read and followed.

Remove the sl-browser-plugin
In their support site is detailed how to completely remove it so you stay with a healthy OBS installation.
After this do a new test and post the log file. As you know how to use the analyzer, please use it too.

1. Run OBS as Admin.
2. Display, Game and Window capture all interfere with each other. Put them in their own scene.
3. Disable Look-ahead and Adaptive Quantization. Those both use additional GPU.
4. Adjust your game settings until it consistently runs at 160 FPS or better and then cap it at 120.
