Question / Help OBS causes R7 Aurora to freeze then Crash

I am writing this from mobile, so when i first tried to run OBS, my computer froze then crashed, it did that everytime i tried to boot my computer regardless of OBS was on or not. Then sometimes, PC won’t even connect to monitor. Then the screen started to flicker on desktop screen. I don’t know if this was a defective computer or because of OBS. We had to get a new one from warranty.

A properly designed computer doesn't lock up or crash if you simply start an application. If your whole computer crashes/locks up if you start an application, there are either improper drivers installed or the computer hardware is malfunctioning. If this is a new piece of hardware with an operating system preinstalled on it, it's probably some defective hardware.
