Question / Help OBS causes in-game lag

Whenever I try to screen record minecraft, the video render looks really bad and the game lags too as I'm trying to record. Also OBS didn't create any recent log files but I haven't change anything in the settings.
Any suggestions?

Its probably because you are using slow, outdated hardware. A two core Pentium with 4GB RAM and integrated GPU is too slow. You need a much more powerful computer.
