Question / Help OBS Causes in-game Lag, Elgato Game Capture doesn't at better quality, issue?

I used to stream lag-free with OBS Studio to several stream platforms like Twitch and YouTube, 1080p 30fps at a 4500 bitrate without even having lag, i loved it cause is the only software i can stream my Webcam too, elgato doesnt work for an unknown issue, but i had to switch back to elgato because OBS gives me a ping of almost 300ms in-game every time i try to stream now, 720p 30fps 3000 bitrate, the issue is not my connection since i stream with Elgato Game Capture at 720p 60fps 3000 bitrate with a ping of lower gthan 70ms.

This issue started 3 or 4 months ago. Any idea for a solution? or cause to the problem?

I don't see any issues in that log. But you can try to enable the new networking code in Settings -> Advanced and then also enable Low latency mode below it.
