Question / Help OBS causes entire computer to crash while streaming from PC

I have tried to stream using a capture window, and OBS cause my entire computer to crash, and sometimes the keyboard even locks up. It only happens when streaming PC windows, not when streaming using my PS4.

OBS window capture doesn't always work. For example, If you try to capture Microsoft March of Empires in its own window, it wont work. If you try to capture Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it won't work. If you launch Google Chrome and try to capture, it won't work. However, if you turn off hardware acceleration, it will work.

As of why you crashed, you need to post a crash log. Seems to be a certain set of conditions that are causing your problem. For when I stream PS4 and certain programs that can be Window Captured, OBS doesn't crash for me.
