OBS causes BSOD on an AMD laptop.

When launching OBS, it crashes the entire system causing BSOD to show up and restart my computer. It all started yesterday, but no updated had been made before so I've no idea why it keeps happening. The BSOD informs me that there is a problem with:

Stop Code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

What failed: amdacpbus.sys

Specification of my computer:
Ryzen 3500U
RAM: 8 Gb
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Vega 8

Moreover, I had been able to stream without any problems for the first two days, only then it would freeze the laptop.

Thank you for your help!

Thank you, it seems to be working for now. I have reinstalled all the AMD drivers and everything launches and streams just fine, If it keeps working after a couple of days, I'll assume it has helped, otherwise I'll keep trying figuring out how to solve this once for all.

If it happens again use a utility to clean out the AMD drivers then reboot and fresh install the drivers
You may want to make sure Windows is set to Performance in the Power Settings when using OBS
