OBS causes audio interface to glitch

I don't know what's the cause of this issue, but running OBS causes my USB audio interface to make glitchy audio on both the mic and the monitoring device, and sometimes makes connected devices (e.g. the connected audio input channel of the interface) disappear from Windows. The problem resolves when I close OBS, but starts again when I open it again. No other application causes this problem. All my DAWs work with this interface just fine. It is also not a sample rate issue as I set all of my devices to 48khz and set OBS to the same sample rate.

Solution: I have figured something out. Deleting all my scenes resolved the issue somehow.

Update: I now have a new problem. OBS seems to be slowing down the audio input (mic audio) as part of a glitch. The pitch is lower, and sometimes, the audio glitches/cuts as though to catch up with time.
Update: My audio device was reset to 44.1khz somehow. I have set it back to 48khz, and now everything is fine.
