Bug Report OBS causes all of my games to crash on start up

Anytime I have OBS open it's causing most of my games to just crash after their splash screens. One of the errors I receive is something like "Referenced memory cannot be read, press exit to terminate program." This only happens when OBS is open. It doesn't even need to be running, just open.

Is there a fix?

I'm not sure if I can even post a log since I can't record the games at all.
My specs are:

GTX 1060 6gb
Intel i5 7400
16gb RAM
