So I am running Windows 11 Pro with the latest driver update, grapfic card and system update. This happend on December 2023. When I started to livestream or recording, the OBS caused BSoD. I have no idea why, but it just did. So when I reopen the OBS, once again, Start Livestream. 1 - 2 hours again, BSoD. So I am not launching the OBS again, and 4 hours again, I did not get the BSoD. So what is going on? Why is OBS causing BSoD? I have AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER.

OBS running at application level - it can only "crash" itself without harming OS functionality. If special programs modify hardware parameters (like device drivers) then they can "crash" your whole PC - this event will be named BSOD. Also, BSODs can be indicator of hardware failures (defective RAM, GPU, Power supply etc - anything that can modify hardware parameters in unpredictable way). If under the stress load your PC fails - likely you need other PC to complete the task (the one that works fine under the stress load).

I open OBS and an hour ago it keeps getting BSoD, and if I not open OBS, 6 hours later and no BSoD. So I'm pretty sure OBS causing my system crashing

The most probably cause of your issue is a faulty hardware due to overheating or a component at the end of life.
A faulty driver can cause this too, but isn't that common.

By hardware I mean anything in the computer: motherboard, memory, CPU, GPU, PSU, etc.-
