Question / Help OBS captures it selfs blender 2.8 rc3

OBS captures it self when I try to capture blender 2.8 RC3-even when I minimise OBS, it still overlays itself.
I can see a bit of blender if I play back the video,but not the whole screen.
Other applications capture fine, Firefox, up! 3D printer software.
No OBS visible when capturing other apps.
Blender is portable, and not installed with a installer (only option for the win110 RC3)

OS win 10
GFX Nvida 650M/ Intel internal

Looks to me like it's possible game capture hasn't worked with Blender for some time.

The only workaround may be display capture.

Thanks for your help.
Display capture doesn't work-I see a black screen, nothing else appears.
I'm on a dual monitor setup, so Ill play around later with only one screen.

Would need to see a log.

If you're on a laptop with both discrete and integrated GPUs, OBS needs to be running on the integrated GPU in order to perform display capture.
