For no reason at all my captures have started to stutter causing audio delay with my captured game audio. (using elgato hd60S+) 2 weeks ago it was fine but now its a problem.
Ive tried lowering resolution, adn changing them back lowering frame rate, using best encoder, using auto config tool, making sure my audio sources were the same, trying sync offset, re installing obs, priority is on highbut none of those worked. the duration of the stutters are inconsistent but it still happens eventually.pls help

Try using NVENC instead of HEVC and see if it still happens.
Some others that reported a similar issue have in common windows 11. Also, some people in the past had issues with the capture cards randomly failing.

[edit]
Could be the GPU driver too. Today nvidia released a new one. I guess is to fix the last release that caused issues.
If not, try with a previous release.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
