Question / Help OBS Captures all programs

So, I tried recording Paint Tool SAI. I tried window capture, game capture and nothing worked. I clicked Paint Tool SAI but whenever I go to chrome or any other program, it records that too. It worked before but it broke now. Is this broken or am I doing something wrong?

P.S I used the 64bit and my pc is 64bits. I watched videos but couldn't find anymore help.

I think, that people think of the Window Capture as of "frame" capture. Nobody recognizes application as "window", more like "something" that shows games, movies, texts etc...

Yeahh, I guess you're right. But I'm still a bit confused since it worked last time and even if I went to other programs and browsers, the window that I chose to record stayed in place and all the other windows didn't show up on the screen.

Yes! I looked up what the aero issue, and I think that's what it is. Do you know how to enable it?
