Question / Help Obs Capture freezes when third monitor plugged in [FIXED]

Hopefully the title is already fairly self explanatory but i will go into a little more detail about the issue now. I have specifically noticed the issue with window captures when attempting to capture my browser, however the issue occurs when capturing other things.

I noticed shortly after acquiring a third monitor for my desktop computer that whenever i capture a source i get a 'fixed frame' of what it was at the initial point of capture and it then no longer updates as the subject changes. Some personal testing of my own has revealed that the issue is immediately resolved the moment i unplug this monitor, however i would like to figure out exactly why my third monitor is causing this issue and if i can do anything to fix it without just straight up unplugging my monitor every time i want to stream.

Here's a log bin: https://hastebin.com/usuhejibaz

Thanks in advance..

Where did you plug in your third monitor? Into the external graphics card or into the internal one?
In case you plugged it into the external one and did not use the external one at all before, it may be Firefox switched from one rendering method to a different one (software -> hardware or vice versa) because a new GPU became available and you may have to restart Firefox, move it to a different monitor or disable hardware acceleration.

The third monitor was plugged into a separate board from the other two monitors (i'm not sure which one was the external/internal out of the two of them). I followed your advice and went into the settings of both firefox and chrome and disabled hardware acceleration and it seems to have fixed the issue straight away.

Thank you so much for helping to fix this.
