Bug Report OBS can't start because libgcc_s_seg-1.dll is missing

Every time I launch OBS, I get an error:

This error message comes up twice, but afterwards, OBS seems to work okay.

I have already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program as well as updating it to 19.0.2.


So to clarify, it's not broken, it's just showing this error message twice on every launch.

It definitely doesn't normally require that DLL. Do you have any third-party plugins installed that don't come with OBS?
