Question / Help OBS can't find other program to capture

Please Help. OBS can't find other program that i want to capture -*-
i7-4790 Nvidia GTX-750 Ti RAM 16GB win 8.1 64 bit
Anti virus program are not running. if i choose game capture it show 1 or 2 programs more, BUT when select program the screen are dark blank. can't rec. T_T

Try running OBS as administrator.
