OBS can't capture offscreen windows anymore after installing Windows 10.

I recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. One thing I noticed after importing my profiles and scenes is that window capturing stops working (freezes) if the window is moved offscreen. Then it starts working again once the window is brought back onscreen. It's the same as if the window were minimized, but if it's moved partially offscreen, then only the part that's onscreen will update in OBS. This was never a problem (that I can remember having) in Windows 8. I could always move a window offscreen to have it open but out of the way (ie: chat). I found a way to get around this in Windows 10 by using game capture instead of window capture but that doesn't work for every application. For example, it works for Windows Media Player but not Chatty.

I'm wondering if this issue is the result of a setting I need to fix or if it's inherent in how Windows 10 manages your desktop.
