My iPhone has metronome app that I use to sync video and audio.
I can put (-) sign in front of adjustment to advance audio instead of delay.
I make a recording then watch it and adjust the timing as needed.
one complete movement of the metronome pulse line is 250 ms
half of the distance is 125 ms.
