OBS Cannot stream on Facebook

Please if I stream to Facebook, I get an error which says "Cannot Play video"

That is a really old laptop (ultra low power CPU) .. did you have livestreaming working on this system before?

that is an incomplete log ... try Recording for 30 seconds or so, and post that log
