OBS cannot pickup any windows

After a recent crash OBS can no longer find windows using window capture.
Recently updated OBS and my NVIDIA driver making sure apps were closed when installing the drivers.

Specs:
32 GB DDR5
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050
Intel Core i9-13900H
1 TB NVMe SSD

Was fixed.
Solution: I literally have no idea, OBS just decided to work again......
