I have uploade to version 31.0.0 the problems are:
-Camera it seems like OBS does not see camera properly, active and unactive or adding as new camera isn't helping eather.
- Streaming leage of legends it does shows game client but not game itself + it's like eating some memory or something cuz after opening OBS game almost freezes from 200+ FPS to 2.
