Question / Help OBS/calling

I keep running into encoding problems when I use Skype to bring on guests to my livestream. Are there any other calling programs that can make it on to my stream through OBS?
 
encoding issues mostly related to "bottlenecks"
that bottleneck will not be less with another software if your system is working on the limits
