OBS + BUTT

Hello.
We are an internet radio station.
Currently using Broadcast Using This Tool (BUTT) to encode our audio stream from RodeCaster Pro 2.
We would like to add a studio webcam to stream live video.
My question is - can we use OBS to encode video (from webcam) &audio (from RCP), on the same computer that is using BUTT to encode the audio from the RCP? So both BUTT and OBS would grab the mix from the RCP2 and encode for stream.
The BUTT Stream goes to our Radio dot Co server and the OBS Stream would go to Mixcloud Live

Please let me know if you get an answer, I need the same with Focusrite 212 in Mac and BUTT and OBS, BUTT drops out live broadcasting to radio! With solid Ethernet
