OBS Browser streaming help please

Hello,

I'm using OBS on a Windows 10 PC to stream a browser to Twitch. The browser contains an audio feed. When I link the browser to OBS, the audio plays from my speakers connected to my PC, even when I have the desktop audio on OBS set to zero. I need to find a way to turn off that audio feed, as I need to be able to turn it on in another browser and monitor it that way.

Hopefully it's something very simple that I haven't done, as I'm new to PCs.

Can you please help?

In advance audio properties for the browser on OBS, it says:

Browser and Desktop Audio are active
Audio Monitoring for both is set to Monitoring Off
